Sally Dashwood is one of Australia’s most versatile and employable dancers who is quickly making her mark as a creative. Most recently Sally was Associate Director and Choreographer of A Chorus Line for Darlinghurst Theatre Company, choreographer of The Things I Could Never Tell Steven and movement director of Zombie Thoughts for NTofP. For Opera Australia, Sally was Revival Director of Two Weddings One Bride, rehearsal choreographer of Lucia di Lammermoor and Il Turco in Italia, Assistant Director of La Boheme and Assistant Choreographer to Kelley Abbey on Carmen. Sally was the Choreographer of Revolting Rhymes for shake & stir theatre co, Packemin’sLegally Blonde and the previous season of Mamma Mia for which she received a Broadway World award for Best Choreography.

Sally’s TV credits include The X Factor, The Voice, Australia!s Next Top Model, Celebrity Splash, Australia!s Got Talent and the popular series Dance Academy. In 2014, Sally landed a

highly coveted Top 20 position on So You Think You Can Dance Season 4. Her on-stage theatre credits include Infusion: No Movement, No Sound at the Sydney Opera House, Girls On Tap, Mack and Mabel, Fame The Musical, Candy Man, Untapped, What is Jazz and Junkyard Beats. She was dance captain of Carmen on Sydney Harbour, Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs and Aladdin & His Wondrous Lamp and has danced for artists such as Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, Olivia Newton-John, Delta Goodrem, Meghan Trainor, Redfoo, Samantha Jade, Timomatic

Sally is the director of Aussie tap dance company Girls On Tap who have recently performed in NYC, bringing home an award for Best Choreography. She is co-director of Well Done Creative with her husband Tim and the proud Mumma of a 1yo and 3yo.
